The NVCapital Advisors, LLC team, led by its principals, Peter Lunt (Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer) and W. Craig Havenner (Executive Vice President), combine their Washington D.C. contacts and their 35-year track records of successful real estate development, investment and management to research and identify off-market investment opportunities.

In the past five (5) years, NVCapital Advisors, LLC has:

  • Joint-ventured a 300-unit apartment development, in Charleston, South Carolina, which was sold in 2020 and produced a net fifty percent (50%) Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") to its investors.
  • Joint-ventured an 86-unit apartment development project in Frederick, Maryland. The Frederick, Maryland project is still in NVCapital Advisors, LLC's portfolio and is 97% leased.
  • Joint-ventured a 78-unit condominium project under construction in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. This project is expected to be completed in January 2026.
  • Joint-ventured a 229-unit apartment project in Newport News, Virginia. This project is expected to be completed in 2026 and is currently in the lease-up phase.
  • Put mezzanine financing on a 39-unit residential project in the U Street Corridor in Washington, D.C. While this project was intended to be sold to first-time home buyers, it has been converted to apartments and is in the lease-up phase.
  • Partnered with Jera Partners, LLC in the formation of the JCM Income Fund II, LLC. This was an income-oriented fund to invest in "mission-critical, net leased industrial properties" throughout the country. The JCM Income Fund II, LLC sold the properties in 2022 and produced a thirty percent (30%) Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") to its investors.

NVCapital Advisors, LLC also led and managed the NV Commercial Real Estate Fund, LLC, an opportunistic investment fund. The NV Commercial Real Estate Fund, LLC was comprised of nine (9) investments, averaging a 17.4% net Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") for its investors. NVCapital Advisors LLC's development expertise greatly assists in their investment decisions and management of investments.
