The NVCapital Advisors team, led by its principals Steve Cumbie and Peter Lunt, combine their Washington D.C. contacts and their 35-year track records of successful real estate development, investment and management to research and identify off-market investment opportunities.

Most recently, NVCapital Advisors has partnered with Jera Partners, LLC in the formation of the JCM Income Fund II LLC. This is an income-oriented fund to invest in "mission-critical, net-leased industrial properties" throughout the country. The Fund was designed to produce substantial durable income with predictable annual growth, utilizing moderate leverage to generate solid, risk-adjusted returns for its investors.

In addition, NVCapital Advisors has added, to its asset portfolio, a 300-unit apartment development venture in North Charleston, South Carolina; an 86-unit apartment development project in Frederick, Maryland as well as the co-developer of a 245-apartment project in Newark, Delaware.

Steve Cumbie and Peter Lunt also led and managed the NVCommercial Real Estate Fund, LLC, an opportunistic investment fund. The NVCommercial Real Estate Fund, LLC was comprised of nine (9) investments, averaging a 17.4 % net Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") for its investors. Steve Cumbie and Peter Lunt's development expertise greatly assists in their investment decisions and management of investments.

Steve Cumbie and Peter Lunt are also the principals of NVCommercial, Inc. Founded in 1983, it's a well-known and successful proprietary development firm, that specializes in office, retail, apartment and mixed-use properties. NVCommercial's continued success is attributed to their knowledge of real estate in the Washington metropolitan area.
